★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま見かけた広告を見て住研社さんに行きました。スタッフ全員の対応も素晴らしく、家の完成までの間、こちらの無理難題にも常に真摯に向き合って頂き大変満足しました。その後のアフターケアの対応も素晴らしく、我が家を見る度に住研社さんに頼んで良かったとつくづく思います。
I went to Sumikensha after seeing an advertisement that I happened to see. All of the staff were great at handling it, and I was very happy that I faced this difficult task seriously until the completion of the house. The after-sales support after that was wonderful, and I'm really glad that I asked Sumikensha every time I saw my house.

営業さんは希望の条件を詳しく聞いてくれたり、周辺の事例を教えてくださったりお得な制度を教えてくれたり、とても親身にアドバイスをいただきました。
購入後も「その後どうですか？」という感じでフォローしてくれたり、とても気持ちよくやりとりさせてもらってます。
会社の雰囲気も明るいので、子どもも連れて行きやすかったので、助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住研社さんで土地を購入し、住宅メーカーの拘りもなかったので、そのまま家の新築もお願いしたのですが、結果的には大正解だったと思っています。
間取りや造作の打ち合わせでは、なるべく費用を抑えつつも、できるだけ良い仕上がりを目指す姿勢が伝わってきました。
実際に夏と冬を過ごしてみましたが、夏は涼しく冬は暖かく、とても快適に暮らせています。
入居後の相談も迅速かつ親身に対応して頂いて、とても満足しています。
