jmさんが口コミに書かれていることと全く同じ経験をしました。スーモに掲載してあった物件を問い合わせると、「紹介できます。」とのことだったので訪問しました。当日に掲載物件は「先日決まりました」と嘘をつかれ、全く希望していない物件ばかり（おそらく自社物件）を紹介されました。
別の不動産屋さんに行き、当初の掲載物件を紹介してもらいました。

I had exactly the same experience as jm wrote in the word of mouth. When I inquired about the property listed on SUMO, he said, "I can introduce you." So I visited. On the day of the event, I was lied to the fact that the property was decided the other day, and I was introduced to only the properties I didn't want at all (probably my own property).
I went to another real estate agent and asked them to introduce me to the property that was originally listed.
