今までできなかったスクワットや腹筋などができるようになってきてからだも引き締まってきました。
お値段も他に比べてお値打ちで続けやすいです

服を脱がなくてもいいというのが珍しく、着替えがおっくうだと思ってしまう私にはちょうどいいなとおもいました。
全身コースをお願いしましたが、肩甲骨周りやお尻、太もも、脇の下の辺りをしっかりと流してもらってとてもすっきりしました。
家でも自分なりにリンパマッサージをしていますが、やはり自分ではやりきれないところがあるんだなと実感。
一回で、カチカチだったお肉が柔らかくなったのでセルライトをなくすためにしばらく通おうと思います。
