★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この会社からオーナーチェンジ物件を購入したのですが、契約段階でテナントさんにこちらの告知不必要な情報を伝えられ、結果テナントさんが即退去することになってしまいました。その件について問い合わせところ、不動産業らしからぬ非常に高圧的な態度で「それで何が言いたいんですか？」など開き直られました。
どうやら客を客と思っていらっしゃらないようですね。皆さんもこの会社には気をつけた方がいいですよ。
 I purchased an owner-changed property from this company, but at the contract stage, the tenant was informed of unnecessary information, and as a result, the tenant was forced to move out immediately. When I inquired about the matter, I was reopened with a very high-pressure attitude that was not like the real estate industry, such as "What do you want to say?"
Apparently, you don't think of customers as customers. You should be careful about this company as well.
