他店ではLINEで画像を見て相談という形が多かったのですが、クラスモではすぐにアポイントを取ってくださり、お店で直接相談にのって頂きました。実際にお話を聞いてみないことには何もわからないので、有難かったです。
何も知らない私に、かかってくる費用等、一から分かりやすく教えてくださいました！
希望の値段ギリギリまでで、自分の要望を沢山聞いてもらいいろんな物件を比較し、優柔不断な私に付き添ってくれました、、。
お陰様でいい物件を見つけることができました。
言葉遣いも丁寧で、対応がとにかく早かったです。わからないことなど、LINEで伝えるとすぐに分かりやすく教えてくださり、一人ひとりのお客さんに対して丁寧に対応されているんだろうなという印象でした。
いいところしか思いつかないので星５つ！

どんなに忙しくても迅速な対応で、相談もしやすく私が求めてるマンションを全力で探して下さいます。
特に私はこだわりが強くてかなり難しいのですが、毎回お世話になってるので私のこだわりも分かって下さってるので尚更有難い。
当たり前の事ですが親切丁寧ですので、友達が引越しする時に紹介させて頂き、その時も切羽詰まった引越しをすぐに対応して下さり、友達も喜んで頂けました。これからもどこに行っても白岩さんにお願いしたいです。
