★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から近いので、出勤前にトレーニングをしています。早朝からトレーニングを気持ち良くできるのでとても良いです。駅前に24時間ジムがないので助かっています。
I am training before going to work because it is near the station. It's very good because I can feel comfortable training from early morning. I'm saved because there is no gym 24 hours in front of the station.

昼間、深夜は人がほとんどいない。
悪い点
インクラインベンチが１台しかない、チンニングスタンドがない等、器具が少ない。（なのに最近通路を潰してエアロバイクを追加）
空調温度が高めに設定されているが、カバーが付いていて設定温度の変更ができないようになっている。（８月に空調がついていない日もある）
ダンベルスタンドのカバーが外れているため、指を挟み出血。
初心者トレーニーが多いため、使用後ベンチを拭かなかったり、スミスマシンにウェイトが付いたままの時がある。
トイレの掃除が月１。
good point

Since there are many beginner trainees, there are times when the bench is not wiped after use or the Smith machine is still weighted.

オシャレで音楽も流れていてトレーニング環境はGOOD!!

24時間のジムなのでとっても使いやすくて清潔感あってすごく個人的におすすめです(● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾今日はたくさん食べてしまったので夜中にお邪魔してきました！とても充実したトレーニング器具(๑╹ω╹๑ )そして入口にはコロナ対策バッチリの除菌スプレー！ロッカーもあり荷物のしっかりとした収納スペースも完備♪( ´θ｀)音楽もトレーニングしやすいミュージックが常に流れていてテンション上げながらトレーニングできて満足です☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆普通のウォーターサーバーではなく水素水サーバーも完備でとってもお得感満載！ダンベルもカラフルで可愛いので女性にもおすすめインスタ映え間違いなしのジムですね(*^ω^*)系列店で東口の方にもあるみたいで、そちらだとホワイトニングもあったりパーソナルトレーナーもいるらしいので次は東口の方に行ってみたいと思いました！鍵も携帯であけれる最新セキュリティなのでカードを無くしてしまう私でもとっても便利♪( ´θ｀)おすすめのジムなので市原市民いやお近くの方々は是非行ってみてください！
