iPadがまったく充電されなかったので持っていきまして「初期化すれば直るかも」って言われましたが、初期化しても直りませんでした。急ぎで復旧させたかったので、さらに自分なりに調べましまたが、充電されない要因は、結局「アップデートしてなかったから」でした。 スタッフは親切に対応はしてくれたのですが、やはり正規店の方が解決は早いかもですね。

Air podsの調子が悪く予約を取って来店しました。 10分ほど待たされた後、状態を聞かれたため、説明し、本体を預けました。裏で検証するとの事で、その間記入するようにとiPadを渡され、個人情報を記入しました。 40分ほどなんの説明もなく待たされたあと、今まで店頭にいなかった小太りで色白の男性がでてきました。最初からかなり高圧的な態度で状態を訪ねられたので再度同じ説明をしたところ、吐き捨てるように根詰まりしている。クリーニングが必要。治るかどうかわからない。ということを喧嘩腰に言われました。こちらが文句を言ったわけでもなく40分待たされた挙句の態度にとても驚きました。 もとから買い替えも考えていましたのでAirpodsの売り場を尋ねるとはきすてるように山田電気の店員に聞けと言われました。あまりの態度の悪さに不安になりiPadの個人情報を消してくれるよう頼んだところ一日経ったら自動的に消えるからと消してもくれませんでした。 オリオン書房の隣にあったときに二度ほど利用しましたが、親切な対応で事象も解決しましたので好印象をもっていましたが、あまりのひどさにとても驚きました。 帰宅し、腑に落ちない思いで口コミを検索したところ、私どころではなく酷い目に遭われている方が多く驚きましたが、あの対応ならあるだろうなぁと納得もしてしまいました。 ちなみに店頭にいらした女性と男性のお二人は普通に接客されていました。お一人だけ虫のいどころが悪かったのか、客を敵対視されているのか不明ですが、あんな対応されるなら接客は無理だと思います。これだけ沢山のクレームをそのままにして同じ方を同じように雇用されているクイックガレージというお店の姿勢も顧客軽視なんだなぁと納得です。 次回は新宿のAppleを利用します。

AirpodsPro充電ケース(3~4時間しか持ちません)の持ちが悪く来店。 結論から言うと、何があっても絶対に依頼しない方が良いです。公式から委託されてるだけでappleではありません。新宿に行くことを推奨します。 初めに、他の客がいないにも関わらず裏で仕事と関係ない話ばかり聞こえ案内が遅い。 到着した際案内した人に症状を伝えましたが、後から来た症状を聞いてない太った方が案内。 案の定伝えた症状を勘違いして捉えた様です。 高圧的な態度で対応されてて口コミ通りでした。 airpods proの在庫も無いので預かりますとの事。事前に在庫は確認済みです。対応がだるい客には偽りの事言う会社です。 誰も「イヤホン本体が悪い」だなんて言ってないのにも関わらず「イヤーチップに社外製品が取り付いていて充電できませんでした」という馬鹿なこと言われました。 充電ケースが悪いと何度も言ってますが別の話に振られます。 やる気ないなら潰れてた方がいいです appleに問い合わせた結果、矛盾点が多数発覚しました。 診断結果に関わらず交換対応可能との事。 修理の技術すら無い人達の集まりです。 時間を割いてでも来る価値がありません

i-Phoneの画面割れで伺いました。 予約して行ったので、待たされることもなく、対応もよく2時間ほどで修理の受け渡しが終わりました。 ただ、疑念に残ることがあります。 そもそも、私にはiPhoneを水道水で洗い流しする習慣があります。 購入して1年ほど洗い続けましたが、これまで内部が水に濡れる事はありませんでした。 これは、画面割れの交換の際に水濡れがなく、画面割れ以外に損傷がない事を確認した上でクイックガレージが修理を行っているので問題がなかった事が証明されています。 もし、水濡れや不具合があればその場で交換扱いになっていましたので。 画面の修理を行なって2週間ほど経って、問題なく動いていましたので、水道水で洗い流ししてみました。 すると、しばらくして画面が黒くなり、緑線が出て表示されなくなりました。 これまで、洗っても問題がなかったのに今回はダメでした。 水没です。 ここで考えられのが、 1.落とした時にフレームの歪みなどあり水が浸透した。 2.画面の修理が十分に行われていなくて水が浸透した。 3.1年以上問題がなかったが、たまたま今回浸透した。 それぞれ考えられるのですが、修理後90日以内なら補償範囲なので2を持ってクイックガレージに伺いました。 この時も混雑していましたが、予約時間通りに案内して頂き、とても丁寧な対応でした。 しかし、水濡れについては補償の対象にならないので再修理は無理ですと言われました。 水濡れが起こったのは、そもそもの修理に不備があったため起こったのでは、と確認したのですが、我々はアップルのマニュアル通りに30秒圧着しているので不備は起こり得ないと説明されました。 とはいえその可能性は否定できないので画面だけの交換を補償内でお願いできないかと確認したのですが、これもappleの規定で水没の場合はいかなる理由でも修理はできないと言われました。代理店なので自由にすることはできないと丁寧に説明いただきました。 こちらではできないので、提案できるとすれば一度アップルに相談してください、と言われたのでapple新宿店に行くことにしました。 そして、アップル新宿店で経緯を説明して診断していただくと、水没は間違いなく修理も水濡れ防止用のテープが貼られていたので修理工程では問題はなかったと考えられますと説明されました。 ただ、以下の事を言われたのがとても気になっています。 ①内部は壊れておらず、壊れているのはディスプレイだけです ②もし、そのような疑念が残るようでしたら今後は代理店ではなく直接appleで修理してくださいと。 結局、 1度目のディスプレイ交換で 36,680 円 2度目の水没扱いで新品との交換で 57,980 円 交通費とか、労力とかを合わせると10万以上の出費です。 この事をどう捉えるかですが、疑念は残り続けます。 余談ですが、 今回の教訓としては ①iPhoneは水洗いしない。(←つっこまないで) ※意図的に新品と交換したい場合は水没交換は半額なのでありかも。 ②料金も修理内容も変わらないのであれば、疑念が残らない方を、選択する選択肢を持つ。 ③水没するとそんなに簡単には乾かない。3日経ってもガッツリ中は濡れていた。 乾いたら直るかもの期待があるなら、余裕を持って乾かす。 基本的に水濡れで内部は壊れないようです。

They are unable to do most repairs without replacing the entire phone which with most models they do not keep. So they will have to send off to repair for a week and give you a loaner phone. The cost is expensive if you do not have insurance. Staff is pleasant and some speak English. Building location is hard to find. You must have a reservation to get any kind of service. All in all I would not recommend taking it here. Take your Apple products to the Apple Store. It'll save you a lot of time.

I went today to Quick Garage to get my Apple X iPhone fixed. Everyone at the counter tried to figure out who would handle the English speaker. I was told to go to the counter with a beautiful Japanese women who would assist me. She took out her iPhone and used google translator to help me. I think she was the worlds fastest typing person on google translator. Very impressive typing. She was so polite and kind! I pulled my cell phone out of my oyster protective case to show that my cell phone was damaged. She took my iPhone and showed all the technical staff. Determination was that my battery was swelling and causing damage to the screen. She came back and did the paper work with Apple Care Insurance that they would replace my battery. The cost was FREE. They took my phone in back room and starting repairing the iPhone. Very quick service. They came later with my cell phone and said they had to replace the battery, screen and speaker due the swelled battery. Cost was FREE. I asked them to buy a glass screen protector and they installed on my cell phone. The service person handling was so amazing, polite and kind! Service was amazing and quick! Top rating of 100+ for amazing service and work.
