★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タワマンそのものは申し分ないだろう。ただビル風が強く、とくに3階通路の北風がひどい。
真冬、北西からの強風には泣かされる。老人、子供はタクロス広場手前のエスカレーターに吹き飛ばされてしまうのではないかと思うほど。植栽があるが役にたたない。
もうひとつ気になるのがヤマダ電機。なぜマンションの下にバカデカイ店を構えたのだろう？客は土日祝祭日以外閑散としている。よく見ると安い商品は型遅れのものが多い。商品に詳しい店員は少なく、買わせることに専念しているように見える。
私見ながらヤマダに代わって高島屋が入り、伊勢丹、ルミネ、グランデｭオと競合してくれたほうが、近隣住人、立川訪問者にも良かったのではないか？
電器店はビックカメラのほうが親切・丁寧。むりに押し付けるようなことはしない。電気製品の耐用年数は一部を除けばそう短くはない。大型電器店2店舗は不要ではないか。
関係者に一考願いたい。
