そんな月謝取るなら送迎バスも出すべき。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 孫が通い始めてちゃんと泳げるようになっているのを見学しました?コーチも丁寧に教えてくれて優しいみたいだし、こんなに早くクロールや背泳ぎができるようななっているのが超ビックリでした?ここは送り迎えのバスもありで安心ですね?ただ通っている子供たちが多いので教えるコーチは大変だなぁと思いました?

担当コーチには感謝しています。
ただ、この辺一帯が断水になったときにレッスンが受けられなかったときがあり
振替でレッスンを受けられるのかと思いきや振替すら設けられず、高い月謝だけ
まるっと取られていた。
振替レッスン日を設ける。又は、レッスン1回分月謝免除みたいな連絡があっても良いと思います。
週1回コースでレッスンは月に3から4回しかないのに月謝7,150円です。バス代だって月に1,320円払っています。
決して毎月安い料金を支払っているわけではないのできちんと対応していただきたいです。
それから、最近入社した子なのかわかりませんが、欠席の連絡をしたのに伝わっていなかったことがありました。
