★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が通っていました。ある日、諸手続きに子供連れて行きますと、小柄な細い色黒の受付の方が対応されました。物言いも、所作も雑でした。忙しかったのかも知れません。そこは仕方ないでしょう。手続きが終わり、子供が「さようなら」と大きな声で挨拶すると無視。明らかに聞こえる距離、声の大きさです。大人が子供に教える基本の【挨拶】を無視され大変驚きました（子供は「みんなで行った時は挨拶してくれるけど、1人や2人のときは（特に帰りの挨拶無視は）いつもだよ」とのこと）。そんな態度をされるところに子供を預けていたのかと思うととても愕然としました。ホームページの安心４の【挨拶】の謳い文句は意味を成さないです。妻は、JSSをお友達にも勧めていた為、驚いた事と、その様な所を勧めていいのかと話しをしました。妻も妻で、子供のプール見学で訪れた際にその小柄な女性のこちらから質問した内容への対応が面倒そうで、思う事があったらしく、見学は二度行ったきり行かなくなり、勧めて入会したお友達も早くに辞めてしまう事から、勧めるのも良くないと思い、今は勧めていないと言う話になりました。受付はその会社の“顔”です。それを理解した上で職務にあたるといいでしょう。絶対的に指導が必要だと感じます。

"). I was very shocked to think that I had left my child in a place where I had such an attitude. The wording of [Greeting] in Relief 4 on the homepage does not make sense. My wife recommended JSS to her friends, so she was surprised and talked about whether she could recommend such a place. My wife is also a wife, and when I visited the pool for my child, it seemed to be troublesome to respond to the question asked by the petite woman. Since my friends who joined the club quit early, I thought it was not good to recommend it, so I said that I do not recommend it now. The reception is the "face" of the company. It's a good idea to understand that before you start your job. I feel that guidance is absolutely necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供が退会すると分かったとたん、ものすごく酷い態度を取られたようです。
急に目の色が変わり、この人に怒鳴られるんじゃないかと思うような目つきをされて、退会までの間の期間すら通うのが怖いと言われました。
フロントの方達の態度は、入会してからも疑問に思うことが多々ありましたが、今回の件で本当に酷いと再認識しました。
兄弟はまだ続ける予定でしたが、もう辞めさせようかと考えてます。
