★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 荷物を好きなときに受け取れるのはとても便利なのですが、設置場所がわかりづらいです。
在来線きっぷ売場（自動販売機）の左側にある、ドトールコーヒーの看板が出ている細い通路の奥に、コインロッカーと並んで設置されています。
看板や案内表示は見当たりませんでした。
受け取りの方法は簡単で、画面の表示に従って入力していけば該当のロッカーの扉が自動的に開き、荷物を受け取れます。
