★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件としては、良いのですが完全に近隣住民をシャットアウトしたクローズ型のマンションで、近隣の住民としては、泥棒と思われているような気がして、気分が悪い。
また、公園などの共益施設を近隣住民に提供しなければいけないが、豊島区に土地の一部を寄付して、共益施設の提供を免れ、かつ、管理費を削減している。
非常に賢いマンションの作り方だが、寄付を受けた土地は豊島区が管理しなければならず、その費用は税金で賄われるのが腹立たしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JR板橋駅から徒歩2分の大規模なマンション。マンション全体が周囲よりも少し高い敷地形状になっていて，かつ高い塀に囲まれているため，外から見ると大きなお城のようです。23区内のJRの駅至近でここまで広大な敷地を持つマンションは大変珍しく，他にはないのではないかと思います。敷地内にスーパーや保育園もあるため生活するのにも便利そうです。
