The owners speaks English, and even their staff speak a little English, so I was able to give my instructions and requests without any difficulty whatsoever. The staff were also very skilled and careful in bringing my fridge on the second floor. Truly the best! Thank you so much Prorow!❤

M	Michael Irving on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved from Yokohama to Tokyo. I was quoted a price over the phone. Surprisingly, they didn't ask me for photos of anything, just how many items I had. The movers showed up and picked my items up and drove to my new apartment. Once we arrived at my new apartment they demanded DOUBLE the cost. They said if I didn't pay they would take all my items back to their warehouse and keep them until I pay. I believe the guy I spoke to was Hassan. I plan to file a report at the koban. This was a nightmare. I do not recommend them at all.
P	Pheng Yang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently used their services to move from Sagamihara to Kawasaki. They were quick and efficient and also gave me a very reasonable and affordable price estimate. I had contacted other moving services, which had asked me about my budget which I stated to be between 30,000 - 50,000. One agency said they'd do it for 50,000 without even asking for the specifics of what I was moving, where or what floors I lived on. Kambayashi from Prorow got in touch with me and was very detailed in finding out the specifics (I would pack and unpack and disassemble/assemble the furniture myself, not have the movers do it) and they gave me a more affordable price estimate of only 35,000. Kambayashi also told me about the specifics for insurance and what kind of coverage they provided, this was done all through email and recorded in writing. On the moving day it was 2 guys and a truck. They didn't lay down any padding or anything (because I would have to pay extra for that service) but they were extremely careful to not scratch the floors, walls or furniture. The loading took about 2 hours, from the 5th floor going down, no elevator(I'm sorry guys). But they were so fast on the unloading, going up 2nd floor no elevator (probably like 30 mins). I wanted to buy them some drinks and snacks as I usually do with previous movers I've used in the past as thanks. But they were so quick I didn't get a chance too. So thank you for being so efficient and quick. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them if you are looking for quick, efficient, reliable and affordable moving services.

Estimate (No. 2995942) was provided within few hours of my enquiry. They adjusted the delivery timing according to my requirements. Mr. Nishihara and Inomata did very professional handling of the office equipment. I would certainly recommend them for a good job at a reasonable rates.

I didn’t have enough boxes and they had some on hand, which I thought was amazing they carry some for situations like mine. I was super impressed by how fast they moved my items to my new apartment! The pricing was the best offer I received compared to other companies that wanted to charge me 3 times more. I’m also glad that foreign credit cards are accepted. I hope to use Prorow again in the future and will recommend to friends. Thank you!
