k	k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新人？（多分）の教育ができてないお店です。前のお客様のレジ打ちミスしたのかやり直し？してて注文を聞かれるまで10分以上待ったのに　その方からも横に居られた店長？からも「お待たせしました」の一言が一切なくいきなり注文を聞かれたので感じ悪かったです。（当方も接客業で、お客様をお待たせするような仕事をしていますが、店員側の1分はあっという間ですがお客様側の1分って本当に長いのであの態度はどうかと思います）コラボカフェをテイクアウトで利用しましたが、特典のコースターの配布が終了しているにも関わらず、「特典終了しておりますが注文されますか？」など事前になにも確認がないのはなぜでしょうか？そういう方針？？支払いが終わりドリンクを提供された後にこちらから確認したら「終了しました」は有り得ないです。コースター目当てではないので諦めましたが、場合によっては詐欺です。通常営業に加えコラボカフェが始まり、忙しさで混乱されているのは承知ですが、普通に考えて改善できることを言っているつもりです。従業員に両方の接客に対応するキャパがないのであれば、コラボカフェ対象店舗に参加されない方が宜しいかと思います。 Rookie? ジ	ジン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 使いやすいです！改札口でてすぐ左側で席にはコンセントもありゆっくり出来ます。注文カウンターが出入り口(これは他のプロントも同様だが)なので電車降りてすぐだと渋滞します。ここがちょっと改善して欲しい所。待つ為のレーンを作るとか。コーヒーや料理は他のプロント同様、美味しくコスパが良いです。コロナ禍で大変ですが、こまめな清掃が好印象だったので続けてもらいたいです。 Easy to use!
