★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so lucky to have met your volunteer guide Kosuke Okada. He has extensive knowledge on the history of the Himeji Castle. His english was excellent and he was helpful explaining the different sections of the castle without him we would not have known so many facts which we now treasure. Thank you again for providing such a valuable service for the tourist. We love and appreciate Japan, it is a beautiful country to visit and learn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry for this late posting. 200% REVIEW!! Not only was the information center helpful (direct bus to Arima onsen), one of our free tour guides (we had two!) used her day off to come guide us for as long as we had time and take pictures! We tried to reward in some way but no go. They love Canadians! We can't thank them enough. It was an awesome tour. Their love for Himeji Castle showed in their pride!
