★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カラーチケット制で断りづらいです。トリートメントも毎回高いの勧めてきます。ちょっとブラックはいってるかなと。カットとカラーの担当はランクが高い方を選べば技術は高いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度がさいやくでした。勧誘はひどいです。ネット予約で指名した人が実際行ったらいませんでした。ネットに書いた料金が実際の料金と一致しませんでした。指名料の追加料金が要求され、予約ページに書いた内容(指名料無料)を見せたら、軽くすみませんだけという返事でした。今まで行ってたさいやくの美容室です。
The customer service was noisy. The solicitation is terrible. The person who was appointed in the net reservation did not actually go. The fee written on the net did not match the actual fee. An additional fee for the nomination fee was requested, and when I showed the content written on the reservation page (no fee for nomination), I was sorry for the lightness. This is a beauty salon that I've been to until now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何年も前の客に唐突に予約確認メールを送り、一斉送信で誤って送っただけだからとその後の訂正連絡すらしない美容院です。個人情報の管理が甘く信用性が低いためおすすめしません。

どの美容院にでも言えることだと思いますが、素敵な美容師の方ありきの話になるので、是非色んなところに行ってみて下さい。その選択肢の1つとしてこの美容院を選んでみてもいいかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 暫くお世話になっていましたがある時アシスタントの施術が最悪だったので行かなくなりました。吉祥寺店と同じで何とパーマ液びしょ濡れ事件！人間誰でも失敗はあるものですが接客業ゆえもっと真摯に顧客と向き合ってほしいです。
I was taken care of for a while, but at one point the assistant's treatment was the worst, so I stopped going. The same as the Kichijoji store, what a perm liquid soaked case! Everyone can make mistakes, but since it is a hospitality business, I want them to deal with customers more seriously.
