 I was impressed that the counter was scheduled to be cooked in a private room ? in front of me. It was very delicious.

オ－プンされたステーキハウスさん
まぁ~なんとえらい時に
オ－プンしましたなぁ~！(苦笑)
本日いただいたのは。。。
⭐神戸牛100%ハンバーグランチ ¥3500円
⭐国産牛ステーキランチ（120g）¥4280円
お肉はロ－ス焼加減はシェフにお任せです❗
先ずは、サラダ。。。
2種類のドレッシングだという
とても美味しくてボリュームもたっぷり❗
⭐神戸牛ロ－スのたたき
３種の薬味でいただく生肉。。。
薄切りの神戸牛刺身は 旨い❗( ≧∀≦)ノ
⭐ニンジンのポタージュ
いゃ~！流石に美味しいです❗
よく、フルーティーと例えられる
神戸牛らしく アッサリとした甘味の脂で
しつこく無くスッキリとした味わいだ❗
それは、ハンバーグにも言えることで
脂がアッサリとしたハンバーグは
さっぱりとしていてとても美味しい❗
食後にデザート・ドリンクも付く
とても贅沢なランチ。。。
総合的にCPは、そんなに悪くは無いと
おいらは思います❗
ランチはとてもお得感が有りますねぇ～♪
大満足だ❗美味しかった❗

Raw meat with three flavors. .. ..
Thinly sliced Kobe beef sashimi is delicious ❗( ≧∀≦)
⭐ Carrot potage
Yeah! It is delicious ❗
It is often compared to fruity
With the sweet fat that made it feel like Kobe beef
It has a persistent and refreshing taste ❗
That can be said for hamburg
The hamburger steak with fat
Refreshing and very delicious ❗
Desserts and drinks are also included after meals
A very luxurious lunch. .. ..

東京、兵庫で複数店舗展開してるのだけど『Premium』て付いてるのは北新地のみ。
OPENは2020年3月16日だそうです。気の毒でしゃあない。
場所は北新地本通りの「つるとんたん」のお隣。
門構えからなんかバブリーな装飾。
メニュー表を見た印象、ステーキ肉のランクはこんな感じ上がってくっぽいです。
特選黒毛和牛⇒特選神戸ビーフ⇒超特選神戸ビーフ⇒最優秀賞(チャンピオン)神戸ビーフ
チャンピオン牛のコースをいただきましたが、もう言葉にならない肉。
なんかもー、元気いっぱいになれました。
付いてくださったシェフには、調理だけでなく接客も大満足だったんですが、ホールスタッフさんが不慣れ？な印象…
客単価１万は超えるお店だと思うので、がんばって欲しいかな。
"Bifuteki Kawamura" was founded in Kobe in 1972. Uri is a "Kobe beef proud of Japan" restaurant.
There are multiple stores in Tokyo and Hyogo, but only "Kinshinchi" has "Premium".
