★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに品ぞろえは豊富。だが商品について詳しいスタッフさんはいないようですね。古くなり交換必要になった部品を買いに行き不明点があったのでスタッフさんに確認。「多分合うと思います」というので購入したが合わなかった。開封したので返品もできず。以前塗装について聞いた際にも似たような対応だった。どの店舗も最近は雇われという感じで商品を棚に並べるだけのスタッフしかいない印象。結局ネットで調べてネットで購入するのが一番安全。
Certainly there is a wide selection. However, it seems that there is no staff who is familiar with the product. I went to buy parts that were old and needed to be replaced, and I had any questions, so I checked with the staff. I bought it because I thought it would fit, but it didn't fit. Since it was opened, it cannot be returned. When I heard about painting before, it was a similar response. 以前伺った時はプラス料金で資材の
カットをして頂けたのに別日に伺うと
カットは出来ませんので、ノコギリとメジャーを渡すのでお客様ご自身で
カットお願いしますと言われました。
ホームページにはプラス料金でカット
可能と書いてありましたが100円浮いたのでラッキーでした。

資材館の方は、あぁ、何とか押し入れの中何とかならないかな？ なんて考えながらぶらぶら見ていると、
賃貸でも簡単に立てられる柱のキットがあったり、
いろんな工具が打っていたり…とここにきて、材料を仕入れれば何でもDIYできるんじゃない？ってくらいの印象です。
（実際は、DIYできずいまだ手つかず）
更に、
ガーデニングの苗も花も種類が豊富！！！
ハーブなども多種揃っていて、
春になるといつも「いいな得ないかな？」なんてのぞきに行きます。
