完全予約制で地元の食材を使った創作性溢れるお料理でした。夏野菜をふんだんに使い、体にも優しいオーガニックな飲み物も用意されていて、季節によって、仕入れた食材によって、メニューが変わるそうです。
それらを引き立たせているのは、手作り食器の数々。
夏らしい彩りも美しかったのですが、ガラスのお皿に感動しました。
大人の食事をゆっくり楽しめます。残念ですが、子供向けではありません。
It is an Italian restaurant in a quiet residential area.
It was a dish full of creativity using local ingredients with a complete reservation system. Organic drinks that use plenty of summer vegetables and are kind to the body are also available, and the menu changes depending on the season and the ingredients purchased.
Many handmade tableware complement them.
The summer colors were beautiful, but I was impressed by the glass plates.
You can enjoy an adult meal slowly. Unfortunately, it's not for kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 選りすぐられた食材、食材の味を引き出す調理によって宮城の食を堪能させていただきました。よく分からないですけど、ブイヨンがとても美味しいのだと感じました。お任せでセレクトされた飲み物は、ワイン、ノンアルコール・ドリンク共に献立との相性を考え抜かれていて、これも抜群に良かったです。
宮城県に住んでいても初めていただく県内各地の食材に「地産外消」がもっと広がるといいなと、思いました。
思い出深い結婚記念日のランチになりました。ごちそうさまでしたo(^o^)o
