G	Geoffrey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a briefcase during my grad trip. Was attended by one of their staff, he’s very friendly and helpful. I eventually bought one which was recommended by the staff and I love it! Forgot his name tho... do note it’s tax free but there’s a 1.1% service charge per transaction. The bags here are cheaper than online retailers and in other countries. Definitely pay a visit if you’re into quality Japanese bags.

If you like Porter then this boutique in Omotesando is a must visit. Nicely decor, the place has a large collection of Porter goods for every budget and also has boutique limited edition products you can't get elsewhere.

One of the Chinese staff was able to clearly explained the reason and had to go back in the evening to try to see if the purchase is open to the public... when I got back in the evening and the lady from Kyoto served me so well as she remembered me... though I overspent a little bit it was good experience...
