Unfortunately Aoyama branch and specially sales are not to Lexus standard. Phone conversations are too casual almost unacceptable level. Sales do not follow up on calls or requests. When I went for Shaken they presented me with a huge bill with unnecessary options. This was one reason when I decided to buy a new car I went for other brand.
