忖度無しでこの台湾まぜそばは美味しくないと思いました。

そして店員さんの気遣いや接客態度
どこをとっても満点の良いお店です！
自分のオススメはパスタなんですけど、
口下手で美味しさが上手く説明できないので
是非食べてみてほしいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お気に入りのラーメン屋というか居酒屋さんが系列店のランチでまぜそばを提供しているので何度か行きました。
全種類はまだ食べてませんが、どれも美味しく大満足です。
2階より値段は高いですが、コスパが悪いとは感じません。
次回はスタミナまぜそばチャレンジしてみたいです。
夜営業も最近再開したそうなので、そちらにもお邪魔したいです。

とにかく料理はどれ食べても美味しいしお酒は死ぬほど安い‼️
本八幡にある東京にありそうなお洒落で美味しいお店‼️
今はコロナの影響をモロに受けて大変な思いもしていると思いますが、色々な試行錯誤をして営業されています。
日によって満卓になったり
かつての人気も取り戻しつつ
料理だけでなく接客に対する姿勢もまっすぐで細かい気遣いができて親身になった対応だなと感じました。
今は昼は二郎系ラーメンをやっていて本八幡では大変人気を誇るラーメン店となってます。
ラーメン始めて数ヶ月であんなに美味しい味を実現して、こんなにも人気が出てきてこれはセンスや才能だけのものでは絶対にありません。
ヘトヘトになりながらも死ぬ思いで必死になってより二郎に近いインスパイアを目指した努力の成果だと思います。
飲食業界にとってコロナウイルスは本当に大きな影響を及ぼしています。
こんなにも美味しくてこんなにも良いお店は当たり前にずっとあるわけではありません。

Nowadays, we are doing Jiro-type ramen at lunch time and it is a very popular ramen shop in Motoyawata.
In the months since I started ramen, I realized such a delicious taste, and it has become so popular that it is definitely not just for taste and talent.
I think that this is the result of my efforts to become an inspiration closer to Jiro, desperately desperate to die even though he is sick.
