 I wouldn't recommend it because when I looked around the room together, the person in charge was talking to us about the customer, even though I didn't hear it.

聞いてもないのに大手不動産会社の悪口（体育会系で頭悪い人が多いなど）言ってくるし、こちらからしたら頭悪いのはおたくだと思いました。笑

Although I have not heard it, I tell a bad thing about a major real estate company (such as many athletic meetings in sports day society) and I thought that it is a geek when I do it from here. Lol

担当者の驚くべき一言は「客を選んで仕事をしている。あなたの話はいつも聞いていない」。
録音後、上司が対応に出てきましたが謝罪の言葉はなし。
売却後の現在の不動産会社とは幸いなことにトラブルもなくホッとしていますが、過去こんな不動産会社に出会ったことはありませんでした。
二度と関わりたくありません。
This company won the auction for the rental condominium where I lived. Apparently he intended to resell it immediately, and refused to repair equipment that had to be repaired or inspected during management. I fixed it at my own expense.
