★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in Japan. I would never recommend this company to anyone. One rude staff rolled her eyes right in front of us after we asked questions. The room is not what you expect from what you see in the website. Better to book hotels even if it's more expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this company. Cannot believe they are still in business. I heard through people that they cannot even hold on to staff.
Do not rent through them and definetly do not let them sell your property, especially if you are an American or UK expat.
