蘇	蘇武裕人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元で永く営業してる、薪窯焼きのピザ屋さんです。いつも気になっていたので、注文しました。こちらの店舗はテイクアウト専門店なので、事前に電話で注文すれば待たずに持ち帰れます。初めてなので、まずは電話でピザについて質問したが、応対した女性はとても親切に教えてくれました。そして、オーソドックスなマルゲリータを注文。空いていたので、電話での案内通りに15分程で出来上がりました。こちらの店舗では、ピザの生地を選ぶ事が出来るので、クリスピーではなくパン生地に変更。あっさりとしたトマトソースで油分も少なく、女性でも食べやすい味でした。テイクアウト時にメニューを頂いたので、次回からは何にしようか？、今から楽しみです(笑)。 This is a wood-fired kiln pizza shop that has been open for a long time locally.
