★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスイブにピザを頼んだが、予約でいっぱいの為、配達は出来ないが、店舗まで受け取りにきてもらえるのなら対応できるとのことだったので、店の指定時間に受け取りに行ったところ、同じ様に店まで受け取りに来ていた人が並んでおり、どうやら指定時間にピザができていないようで、店長などの責任者からの説明がないまま30分待たされた挙げ句、ピザはまだできておらず、できるまで更に1時間10分がかかるとのことだったので、キャンセルしました。
店頭の対応はバイト任せで、そのバイトも手際が悪い上、他のお客さんからはガンガン怒鳴られるなど、見ていて可哀相になりました。
責任者が、待っているお客さんにまとめて事情を説明するなり、事前に電話で事情を知らせておくなりすればいいのにと思ってしまいました。
店としての対応は最悪でした。

It wasn't, and it took another 1 hour and 10 minutes to do it, so I canceled it.
I left it to the part-time job to handle the storefront, and the part-time job was also clumsy, and other customers yelled at me, which made me feel sorry to see it.
I thought that the person in charge should explain the situation to the waiting customers at once, or let them know the situation by telephone in advance.
The correspondence as a store was the worst.
