★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hideous place combines the worst food -- calling what they serve "pizza" is an insult to pizza -- and overrated prices. It redefines bad taste and bad food, all at once. Bravo! to the owner, who's sole interest is his cash register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff member. Comfortable environment. Delicious pizza. A lot of cheese on top of the pizza :D. Pizza portion is okay, so probably consider ordering some side dishes too. It was a pleasant experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Founded in 1962 when pizza was not readily available in Japan, Pinocchio has given a certificate with each pizza served since 1962. Mine on 17 Oct 2021 was #1,419,943 and was delicious, as always!

Founded in 1962, this Italian restaurant isn’t your average authentic Italian restaurant.
However, don’t let that deter you! The owner kindly gave me a complimentary mimosa, and explained the menu. With no regrets, I ordered the seafood pizza which was mouth watering. The jazz lightly playing in the background was a wonderful touch.
I look forward to my next Kobe visit to come here again. It was the beginning to a magical evening.
Recommend Pinocchio highly.
