★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) order a Banh mi sandwich where the photo on the menu clearly looks like there is meat in it, but when I got it there was shrimp in it instead. The menu itself said nothing about what was in it either. I told them about my shellfish allergy and they still won't take the food back.
2) my friend who is also allergic to shellfish found a a part of shrimp inside her soup. Luckily she didn't get sick from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible terrible service, avoid. We had to wait to be seated even though it was almost empty, they hadn't cleared up the tables while not even busy. Then we had to wait 30 min to get the food, they made a mistake in the order so we had to wait 15 min more. No apologies, the waitress didn't seem to care at all about or job. We left the place still hungry but didn't want to order anything else from this store. On top of that the food is just average. Huge management pb on this place.

The food options are nice, 2 veg options
1. Soy meat curry
2. Pizza Margherita
But the best part for lunch is that there is a free buffet for salads, drinks (tea,coffee and juice) and chocolate fountain with waffles and marshmallows.
You need to order a main dish and then you can have the buffet for free.
Its worth it!
The only so to say negative point was the rugged sofas. But we switched to the seating near the buffet area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price was fair, the salad bar was pretty good, and the drink bar was very adequate. The issues were with the main dishes. We came as a party of four and ordered from the lunch menu. After about 15 minutes the first dish (hamburger steak) came out and looked delicious. At that time the staff also informed us they were out of fried chicken for one of our orders (nasi goreng), and it would take too much time to make more. We agreed to another order they said they could make (chicken over rice). We then waited for another 15 minutes for the two orders of keema curry to come out both looking delicious as well. Finally after another 5 minutes or so the chicken over rice came out... With no chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came after the lunch was finished. Ordered some dishes from the menu and they were absolutely horrible. I ordered the spicy chicken and assorted meat plate. It felt like biting into a shoe. I definitely won't be coming back here to eat after lunch time. That said, I've eaten here during lunch hours and the food was decent. So, be warned about coming after lunch time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cozy restaurant with comfortable couches! Great menu with big salads and other stylish Hawaiian-foods that are hard to find in Japan. Sometimes food can take awhile during busy periods, and is a little pricey overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place with funky Bgm. Staff were helpful and menu was easy to understand and reasonably priced. Tacos was delicious. Salad bar left a bit to be desired and drink bar was fine except for the coffee which I’d not recommend.
But the atmosphere of the place was great and very comfortable seats too.
