★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うちの可愛いマメルリハインコちゃんに出会わせてくれたお店ですので良い評価です。質問にも丁寧に答えて教えてくれますしスタッフも感じ良いですが、小鳥さんは、結構調子悪い子が目立つ気がしますが雛は難しいのでしょうがないですね、うちの子も最初調子悪かったけど、ちゃんと治療してからお迎えさせてくれまして今は元気いっぱいです。
※追記：早いもので、ここでお迎えしたマメちゃんは６歳、セキセイちゃんも１歳となりましたマメもセキセイも元気一杯で毎日可愛いです。

初めて会う店員さんでした。
説明を受けその後の健康を見てる時、我が子がした粗相を見てマットじゃなくてシーツにした方がいいと言っておられましたが噛むこともありできないと。
そのあと他の方法を聞いたがうーん。のみ。
なら何も言うなと思いました．
それに、事情とかあるのを伺ったほうが良いかと。
言い方は丁寧でも、医者ではないので考えて内容を言った方が良いと思います．
提案がないのに否定だけするのは不快にするだけです。
最後の爪切り後の確認で、滑る床ですが確認お願いしますって言ってましたが、うさぎのお店として言ってる以上良くないと思います。
少し置いただけでもこちらは見てて心苦しく思いました。
以上が改善すべきとこだと思います。
以下は私が思った良いとこです。
犬や小動物は建物が別れてるのは助かります。
また、もう少し品数はあれば良いとは思いますが、主な商品等は売ってますし、質もいいと思います。
対応 は 丁寧です。
私自身何回も物品を買わせてもらってます。
