店長が変わっても店員が変わってもいつでもすこぶるヒドイ店です。 いらっしゃいませもありがとうございましたも言わない。店員はみんなグル。 ここの店員とは会話はしません。(会話するだけ時間の無駄)目も合わせません。 何より全く信用できないので、高いものは絶対買いません。買っても数千円レベル。それ以上の金額を買う価値はない‼️ 残念なお店です。店員はみんなグルなのでくれぐれもお気をつけて❗ 参考になった方はどんどんいいねボタンお願いします。

ひどい押し売りをして頂けます。 おまけに「着物を嫌いにさせてくれる接客」をして下さいます。 どうぞご参考までに。 - 4年前は上記の通りの内容で✩1評価しましたが、男性の店長になってから(その店長と女性1人しか接客受けてませんが)もしかして感じ悪い人減った…? 通りがかりにお声がけ頂き、その後お断りしましたが露骨に嫌な態度されることが無くて逆にびっくりしました。笑 探し物をしてる時、カタログもってきたり要望を聞いてくれたり安いものなのにわざわざ取り寄せも出来るなど親切に教えてくれたり、真剣な接客をして頂けました。 少なくとも、襦袢や小物はここで揃えてもいいかな…と思わされましたが、どうしても傷つけられた事は忘れられないのでこの評価でごめんなさい…。 2022/03/02

売り込みがひどい。買わないと分かると目も合わせない接客&嫌み炸裂。安いかもだけど、めちゃくちゃ、不愉快な気分になる。

数年前に数回行きました。 恐らく新人?の嫌な感じの女に接客され営業が下手くそなため顔や態度言葉に感情が出ていて、こんな接客でお客は買わないだろ。て感じでした。浴衣を買ったのですが、ちょいちょい着物を勧められて着物に興味は持てました。が、イベント?に誘われ、このイベントに出ると、無料で浴衣もう一枚か着物をプレゼントします。って言われたから、じゃあ浴衣がいいって言ったら、突然表情が変わり、「まだ浴衣浴衣言ってるんですかあ??」とかキレ口調で言われ、びっくりして店に行かなくなりました。ノルマのために着物をすぐに買わせたくて、あんなにキレてたんですよ。商売下手なため、残念ながら着物に興味を持った客まで逃しちゃいましたね(笑)下手くそな営業でよかったです。うまくやられたらきっと買ってしまってたので(笑)今だにセールスの電話かかってきますがもちろん着信拒否。他にいいお店見つけたのでもう用はないですから(笑)

★備忘録★ いやー、、ここまでヤバイ店は過去初めて。 しかしこんな酷い店があるもんだとたまげた!世間では悪評な会社ですが、まさに噂通りに危険な会社です!着物をどこで買うか迷ってる人は絶対に足を踏み入れてはダメです。 悪質、悪徳、接客レベルが低い!3拍子揃ってます。店長含め店員の接客はバイト以下。 100円の着物や500円の浴衣をエサに高額着物を押し売りする販売手法です。 1度捕まったら最後。あれよあれよと帯を巻き付けられ、3人くらいに囲まれ何十万とする高額着物を押し売りしてきます。断ると家族に内緒で買えとローン契約書を出してきて、二時間から三時間拘束され無理やりローンで買わせようとしてきます。 買ってしまったので、しばらく着付けを習いに通ってましたが、この担当店員A(男性)は常に肩が触れるくらいのベタつき接客。小物をみててもすぐ横にいるためじっくり見れないし常に監視されてる。そして、この店員どこまでもついてくる。一番ビックリしたのは、試着室の中までついてきた。これからカーテン閉めて着替えるのになんで二人でここに入ってんの?出てていったら出てったからクレーム言わなかったけど絶対おかしい!!そして何より気持ち悪い!!捕まえた獲物はもう逃さないぞ的な態度がまじでヤバイ。。 そんなこんなで店に行かなくなり、数ヶ月後にまた店に行くと、もう買わないくせになんで来たの?的な態度を今度は女性店員にとられ嫌な気分に。買わなくなったら客じゃない扱いをされます。 そして、その後 店員Aに暴言を吐かれるという大きなトラブル(詳細は書きませんが警察に通報してやればよかった)があり本社にクレームを言いましたが、店舗からはクレームに対する説明もなければ謝罪もない。 店舗に行っても店長、店員一同みんな知らん顔。グルであろう店員B(店員Aの子分の太い女)からも謝罪なし。 店長自ら、小馬鹿にした口調で電話かけてきて、謝罪しないどころかクレームを言ったことも知らないフリをして次の着物のセールスをしてきましたよ。 結局店員に「バカ」だの「アホ」だの暴言吐かれたのに申し訳ございません。の一言もなし。 謝罪もしないで、次の着物のセールスして誰が買うの?(笑)開いた口が塞がらないよ。 あんたら接客ゼロから勉強したほうがよいよ。客をバカにするのもいい加減にしろ! このように、売ることしか考えてない商売だから売ったあとは知らん顔。 結局この店に決して安くはないお金(十万以上)を落としたにも関わらず、最初から最後まで最低最悪な店でした。 SNSでもこの着物やに関しては終始悪評が飛び交ってますがなんでこんなのが会社として成立してるのか謎。 次にセールスしてきたら、消費者センターに相談します。テナントにもクレーム入れましょう。 このような悪質な店をテナントとして入れてるイトーヨーカドーの評判が悪くなるので早く撤退させた方が良いでしょう。 ※因みにここで高評価してるのは従業員のサクラなので騙されないように注意しましょう。
