。	。三浦 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう行きません。カラーをお願いしました。(ピンクベージュ)が、参考画像をちらっと見ただけでした。言われるがまま2回ブリーチし、カラーしましたが担当の方がダブルブッキングしていて隣で別の方の接客。状態を見ることなく別のスタッフさんがシャンプー。髪の状態から明るい色は入らない、画像の色より暗めに入れると言われていましたが、仕上がりはほぼ金髪。その日はまだピンクっぽいかな？と妥協しましたが、2日で色落ち。オススメされた紫シャンプーを使ってもダメでした。ダブルブッキングもそうですが、他のスタッフさんはほぼ無言無表情での接客、髪を乾かしてから20分ほど担当さんが来なくて放置されました。その間も新しい飲み物の提供や、状態の確認など他のスタッフさんにも出来たことはあると思います。電話してこの件を伝え、返金または染め直しをお願いしようと思いましたが、謝罪すらなく「2日で色落ちするのは普通、返金はできないし染め直しも料金かかります。」と画像も色味も知らない男のスタッフさんに言われ、二度と行かないと決意しました。 I won't go anymore. I tried to call and tell him about this and ask for a refund or re-dyeing, but without even apologizing, "It is normal for the color to fade in 2 days, and it is not possible to refund and re-dyeing will cost a fee." I was told by a staff member of a man I didn't know, and decided not to go again.
