t	tomoko tada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ １年と少しの使用でENVY360開閉ヒンジ部分が破損し、メーカーに問い合わせましたが修理期間が長く（２週間）、うむーと困っていました。近場の修理屋さんを探しHPを見てピンと来て、webから相談しましたら、休日にも関わらずすぐにメールが届き、機材お渡しするとすぐに着手してくださいました。そして翌日には修理完了のお知らせが！速いことはもちろん、状態の説明や修理の様子なども詳しく知らせてくださるので預けている間も（とても短期間ですが）安心で、誠実な対応に感謝です。（ちなみに費用はメーカー見積もりの1/3でした）また何かあったら是非お願いしたいと思います。 The ENVY360 opening / closing hinge part was damaged after a little use for a year, and I contacted the manufacturer, but the repair period was long (2 weeks), and I was in trouble.
