★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてノジマを利用致しました。メーカー応援販売員がいない事を謳っている事あり、嫌なプレッシャーや売り込みがなく、他の家電量販店に比べて居心地が良かったです。対応下さった店員の方も素晴らしく、また行きたいと言う気分になりました。予約制は少し若干煩わしいですが、それ以上のサービスを頂きました。また利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。
 I used Nojima for the first time. It was touted that there was no maker support salesperson, so there was no unpleasant pressure or sales, and it was more comfortable than other home electronics mass retailers. The clerk who responded was also wonderful, and I felt like going again. The reservation system is a little annoying, but I received more services. I will use it again. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３月の平日にテレビの下見で妻と訪問しました。平日の為空いていてじっくり見ることができました。見ていて疑問点があり妻と話していた所、男性店員さんにお声かけ頂き質問をすると的確に御回答頂きついつい購入してしまいました。ただ、持ち帰り設置したのですが、初期不良だったらしくすぐ映らなくなったのが残念でした。修理については、迅速に御対応頂き助かりました。近所なので、これからも必要な家電を購入する時は利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この寒い中、約20年間使っていたエアコンが故障し、急遽買い換えることに。エアコンに特別なこだわりはありませんでしたが、それ故にどれが良いのか迷っていたところ、店員さんに丁寧にご説明頂き、納得した上で買い物が出来ました。本日無事に設置が終わり、全く問題ありません。家電は立て続けに壊れると言いますので、次は洗濯機かテレビか分かりませんが、またお世話になろうと思います。
In this cold weather, the air conditioner that I had been using for about 20 years broke down, so I decided to buy a new one in a hurry. I wasn't particular about the air conditioner, but when I was wondering which one was better, the clerk explained it carefully and I was convinced that I was able to shop. The installation was completed successfully today, and there is no problem at all. 送信されて来たので、除きに行きました。
主人がかなり値下げしてくれと頼みましたが、頑張って値下げして下さいました。
最後の端数まで、店長さんを呼ん出来て
切って頂きました。
三木さんは、商品知識もあり説明もわかりやすく完璧でした。流石部門リーダーを任されているだけの方だなと納得しました。
主人が、随分無理を言って申し訳無い気がしました。でもだいぶ安くしてもらったので
大変助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安さに引かれ、乗換、スマートバリュー、自宅割、家族割など、丁寧に説明していただき納得。ケーブルテレビの料金の高さも気になっていたところ、niftyひかりを勧めてもらい、それも月々の料金が抑えられると思い契約。それが浅はかな考えでした。
ａｕは、使い勝手が悪い、ショップの対応も☓ niftyひかりに関しても、工事日は教えていただいていたものの、来てもらえる時間帯を知りたいと?したところ、こちらでは、分からない、知りたければ、お客様自身で検索して対応してくださいと！
啞然！！ 仕方ないので、検索して３件目で、漸く工事部門に繋がり、そちらは、平身低頭。申し訳ないですが、即、工事ストップしてもらいました。ポイント数や、安さに引かれると、こういうことがあるんだと、いい勉強になりました。企業の方針が某一流企業とは、まるで違うと痛感した出来事でした。ａｕも、問題解決したら、即、以前の一流に戻します！
