K	Kusakar ISM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずいぶん久しぶりに訪れた「ペルフェクト」。昔同様に旨かった。カレーのランチセットにドリンク＆デザート。オーダー方法がちょっとムズカシイ。 ①パクチーの有無を選択 ②カレーＡを選択(今回はダルキーマ) ③カレーＢを選択(今回はサグパニール) ④ナンを選択(今回はハーフナン＆半ライス) ⑤辛さを選択(普通で。) ⑥ドリンクを選択(無糖アイスチャイ) 今書いてて思った。そんなにムズくない。複雑なオーダーに感じるのは、カレーやナンの選択肢がものすごく多いからだと気づく。ガーリックハニーチーズナンとかロティやパラタも選べる。キーマカレーナン・・・これなんて既に単体で完結してるのでは？って、心の中でツッコミを入れつつ・・・とっても楽しい(o^O^o) 味もイイ(^o^)v あれも、これも、それも、どれも全部カレー味というのでなく、素材をちゃんと感じるしかも本格的な北インド料理だ。胸を張ってお薦めできる佳店だ。ただ・・・不満な点が２つだけある。まず小さな不満。デザートのプリンに添えられるスパイス。カルダモンだろうか？この香りが弱かったなぁ・・・と。そしてもうひとつ。これはお店の落ち度はまったく無いが、たまたま居合わせた４人組の主婦(？)たち。入店段階でちょっと嫌な予感はしたのだが、悪い予感は的中し、終始大声でけたたましい。普通でも充分迷惑な話だが、このコロナ渦でどう考えても頭がおかしいだろう。常連でないことを願うが・・・。 "Perfect" which I visited after a long time. From Yachiyo to Katsutadai, this is my favorite Indian restaurant. I had lunch and grilled food. Both have a spicy aroma and a mellow taste. The dessert is also a carefully made and discerning taste. There are still many dishes I want to eat! It's a bit far from Katsutadai, but it's a restaurant worth going to Katsutadai just to get here ?
