なんか、クリームやチョコレートが酸化した風味の様な、ちょっと苦手な風味でした。素人の人が作った手作りチョコで時々ある風味です。説明が難しいので、是非お店でお買い求め下さい。

そして、誕生日などのプレートに書いてもらう字が汚くなりました、、、たまに読めない事もあり最近はガッカリすることが多いです。

小さなお店で、地元の材料を使った贈答品が置かれており、特に八王子産のお米のお菓子は珍しいと思います。デコレーションケーキも美しく、キュート。クマの創作チョコレートはとっても可愛い。お手頃なお値段でケーキは美味しかったです。

めじろ台を最寄りとした生活圏に来て以降、ケーキ購入の9割9分はこのお店
極稀に八王子セレオ1fで買ってみたりもするけど、やはりペールノエルのほうが断然美味しい
めじろ台にはシャトレーゼもあるけど、ペールノエル一択になっている
ファミレス等、基本的には無難に定番メニュー2つくらいを交互にオーダーするタイプだけど、ペールノエルのケーキはハズレがないので安心してあれこれ手が出せる
新作以外はほぼ食べたと思う
他でこんなことはしたことがない
どれも美味しいので毎回選ぶのに苦労する
(^o^;)
で、複数買ってしまうけど2・3個食べても胃がもたれることはない
と書いてたらまた食べたく…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ めじろ台にあるスイーツとパンのお店です。お誕生日ケーキが名物のようでした。かなり凝った可愛いケーキがあったり、お誕生日の子供の名前が店内の黒板に書かれていたりと、地域密着な感じが良いです。あとモンブランが全部で3種類もありました。
