湾岸道路の辰巳交差点の北側は、信号横断歩道が無いので、徒歩や自転車で東西を行き来する場合には、こちらの人道橋を使うと便利です。
両端がスロープになっています。
2019年後半は、補修工事で通行止めになっていましたが、2020年1月に工事終了し、通れるようになっています。

There is no signal crosswalk on the north side of the Tatsumi intersection of the Wangan Road, so it is convenient to use this pedestrian bridge if you go east or west by foot or bicycle.
Both ends are slopes.
In the latter half of 2019, the road was closed due to repair work, but the construction was completed in January 2020 and it is now accessible.
