★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本企業やANAグループなのをウリとしているが…マニュアルや社員教育に不備が多いらしく、
問い合わせを行う度に(対応者によって)内容が二転三転する為に信用ができない。
また来客や引取者向けの駐車場を用意していない為に、OCS利用者は路上駐車を余儀なくされる。
対応に関してはDHLの方が安定しており普段から使用する運送業者としてはいまいちな印象がある。
 I'm afraid that it's a Japanese company or ANA Group, but ... It seems that there are many inadequacies in manuals and employee education.
I can't trust it because the content changes every time I make an inquiry (depending on the person who responds).
In addition, OCS users are forced to park on the street because there is no parking lot for visitors and pick-ups.
Regarding the correspondence, DHL is more stable and I have an impression that it is not good as a carrier that I usually use.

アメリカから荷物を運んだけど、詳しい明細もよこさず、メールしても何日も無視。
またあまり自宅にいないから、ドライバーに連絡して日にちを決めてから配達してもらうように採算お伝えしたのに、許可もなく勝手に自宅の敷地に侵入し荷物を外において帰りました。カスタマーサービスに電話したら、電話に出ない私が悪いと言われました。
なんなのこの会社。。。
The worst company.
I carried my luggage from the United States, but I didn't send any detailed details, and even if I emailed it, I ignored it for days.
Also, since I'm not at home very much, I contacted the driver and told him that it would be profitable to have it delivered after deciding the date, but without permission I broke into my premises and returned my luggage outside. When I called customer service, I was told that I was bad because I didn't answer the phone.
What is this company? .. ..
