Y	YOSHI TAKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現幸蔵のスタッフが居たころと雲泥の差ですね。元々は脱サラされた方がやっていたと聞いてますが、今はご親族なのでしょうか？自分の記憶が確かなら、震災前はボリュームなかったけど震災後にボリュームアップして混雑店に。幸蔵スタッフが辞めてから若い料理人へ。そのころは浜よしのうまかべぇ店主大坂さんが炒め物担当だったかな。炒め物おいしかった。餃子の焼き方は下手でした。問題は今の店長になってから。自分の食事を優先させて客を待たせるとか言語道断。めちゃくちゃしょっぱくなった味噌ラーメンは、調理担当が火が立ち上るほどの強火でぐらぐらと鍋を沸騰させてスープを煮詰まらせたからしょっぱくなった。味見もしていない。苦情おばさんに言ったら「スープ調整できますから言ってください」だって。いやいやそういう問題じゃなくて調理雑だからだろ(笑) 他の口コミ見たら娘がやってる？元々の創業者の娘？それが本当の店長でしょ。最近全く見たことない。 WAZAMENで出てたけど。あの料理人に丸投げしてるんでしょう。だから不衛生になってるんじゃないの？スタッフも適当にセットの炒め物作ってるし。幸蔵のスタッフが作ってるんだから、レシピも難しくもなく、業務用食多用してるんだろうから店長自ら営業すればいいのに。あんな料理人に任せていたら客足遠のくばかりだよ。同じレシピでもあんなに差が出るってことはピーコックでは雑に作ってるからだよ。ボリュームも減ったし。 It's the difference between when the current Kozo staff was there and when it was cloudy.
