V	Verlust Erster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十年ほどこちらに通っており、いつも縮毛矯正をお願いしています。今回、初めて見る若い男性スタイリストさんにご担当いただきました。予約時に「施術を行う前に料金を確認したい」とお願いしましたが忘れられていたので、洗髪後にこちらから伝えて、ご説明頂きました。電子カルテの見方も不慣れなご様子で、その時点で少し不安でした。洗髪がソフトタッチすぎて頭皮に届いておらず、いつもは聞かれる「洗い足りないところはないか」の声がけもなく流されたので、折角の炭酸シャンプーが勿体なかったように思います。いつもは事前カット→縮毛矯正→仕上げカットの順ですが、今回は事前カットなしですぐ縮毛矯正に入りました。また、「分け目をどこにするか」という確認もなく、施術前とは違う分け目にされました。かなり時間をかけてカットして頂きましたが、仕上がりは毛先10cmがパサパサです。家族にも「今回は随分パサついてる」と言われ、客観的に見ても仕上がりが違うようです。帰宅後に頭皮にかゆみが出たので薬剤残りがないか心配です。長年通っていて、これまでにない仕上がりだったので正直戸惑いが大きいです。次回はこれまで担当いただいたことのある方を指名するか、今後の来店自体を検討します。 I've been here for about 10 years and always ask for straightening.
