Y	Yui YUZAWA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/9に海外からの帰国時の待機期間短縮のため、東京都在住者の無料のPCR検査を子供と受けました。受付の方はこの無料のPCR検査では待機期間短縮のための陰性証明には使えないと説明していましたが、検査結果は厚労省に問題なく受理されました。私たちの後にきた方にも使えない旨説明されていましたが、間違っています。また、子供の唾液を採取する際に、子供に唾液の容器を何度も払い除けられ、折角溜まった唾液がこぼれてしまい、なかなか規定量貯められなかったため、その旨説明し、唾液を貯めるための容器をもう一つ欲しい旨頼みましたが、受付の方に断れました。他の受付の方がもう一つあげても問題ないとのことで、なんとか容器をいただき、無事採取が完了することができましたが、ここのホームページには子供でも検査可能な旨記載があるにも関わらず、お願いした受付の方の対応があまりにもマニュアルで、不親切な対応に驚きました。検査結果は午前中に受けて夜20時に結果が出たのでその点は評価します。 On March 9th, I received a free PCR test for a resident of Tokyo with my child in order to shorten the waiting period when returning from overseas.
