駅からは河合塾を目指して歩き、
クリーム色の壁のガラスの自動ドアの入り口がチサンビルです。雑居ビルでこんなところにあるんだと思いました。
エレベータで7階に行って703号室に行きます。中は普通にPCR検査の場所でした。
スタッフの方々は親切です。
ワクチン接種の受付予約代行もしてくれます。

Take the elevator to the 7th floor and go to Room 703. Inside was the usual place for PCR testing.
The staff are kind.
They will also make reservations for vaccinations.

メール誤送信と言い訳をしていたが、検査結果の前からあらかじめ自動送信の設定でもしていたのではないか？
こんな組織に検査されてもどうだか、一気に信用を無くした

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの対応がテキトーで、検査する部屋もとても狭くわかりづらい場所だった。
検査が混み合っているなどの説明もなかった。
わざわざセンターに行かずに自宅でできるキットを使えばよかったと後悔。
きちんとした知識のある人がスタッフをしてるのかさえ不安に思った。
The staff was very friendly and the room to be inspected was very small and difficult to understand.
There was no explanation that the inspection was crowded.
I regret that I should have used a kit that I could do at home without going to the center.
I was even worried that someone with proper knowledge would be the staff.

写真みたらモデル店の方が入りやすいように思う。
説明は『書いてある文を読んで』。『わからないことは聞いてください』・・・(⌒-⌒; )
民間ならもう少し丁寧に段取りや説明しながら検査受付から終了までしてください。
1番最初の予約時間9時45分の10分前に来たら既に中に2組いた。
順番より早いもの順ですか？

他の所で発行出来る海外渡航用証明書もありますが、値段が少なくとも1万以上ですのでこちらをお勧めします。6千円で証明書発行できました。韓国に帰国するためだと言ったら親切に発行日まで気にして下さって助かりました。(韓国は発行日から３日内の証明書まで有効)

There are overseas travel certificates that can be issued elsewhere, but we recommend this because the price is at least 10,000. I was able to issue a certificate for 6,000 yen. When I said that it was for returning to Korea, it was helpful for me to kindly care about the issue date. (In Korea, the certificate is valid within 3 days from the issue date)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母国に帰国する際に陰性証明証が必要だったので、帰国日の三日前に予約を取り、検査を受けました。
陰性証明証に生年月日、パスポート番号などの記載が必要なのを検査の直後に気付き、急いで電話をしました。
電話して事情を伝えたら検査証明書の発行料金を支払ったかを3回聞かれ、とても親切に対応してもらいました。翌日に必要な証明内容が追加された検査証明証のメールが届き、その検査証明書を持って無事に帰国しました。ありがとうございます。
ただ、検査の時間が午後2時だったのですが、検査証明証の「唾液採取日時」項目に12時00分PMと書いてありました。結果的には帰国するのに問題なかったので大丈夫です。
周りからpcr検査を受けた病院を聞かれたので、このセンターをお勧めしました。

However, the time of the test was 2:00 pm, but it was written as 12:00 PM in the "Saliva collection date and time" item on the test certificate. As a result, I had no problem returning to Japan, so it's okay.
I recommended this center because I was asked by people around me about the hospital that had a pcr test.

政府のサイトなどでは高額なところ、土日休みのところ、アクセスに不便なところしか見つからなかったのですが、愛知の検査場リストでこちらを見つけました。安価、オプションで即日結果入手、駅近と文句なしでした。問題は渡航証明に承認者のサインがないことでしたが、今後はフォーマットを変えて全てのPDF証明にサインを入れて対応くださるとのこと、柔軟で素早い対応に感謝の言葉もありません。
しかも祝日夜にもかかわらず何度もメールにお返事頂き、本当にありがとうございました。お陰様で不安も払拭できました。
検査はまだ先ですが、検査前の対応のあまりの素晴らしさを他の方にも知っていただきたくコメント入れさせていただきました。
(改善点を数点上げるとすれば、オンライン予約の際にデフォルトで証明書なし、名駅ハイモデル店になっていないと嬉しいです。変更忘れて予約入れてしまい、慌ててキャンセルしました。もう一点はキャンセルをしたら自動で確認メールが入ってくれるとありがたいです。キャンセルできているのか、どの予約番号をキャンセルしたのかはっきりしますので)
I was looking for a PCR laboratory for a negative travel certificate before leaving Japan.
I found only places that were expensive, weekends and holidays, and inconvenient to access on government sites, but I found this on the Aichi inspection site list. It was cheap, I got the result on the same day as an option, and there was no complaint that it was near the station. The problem was that the travel certificate was not signed by the approver, but in the future, I will change the format and sign all PDF certificates to respond, and I have no words of appreciation for the flexible and quick response.
Moreover, thank you very much for replying to the email many times even though it was a holiday night. Thanks to you, I was able to dispel my anxiety.
The inspection is still ahead, but I would like to make a comment so that other people can know how wonderful the response before the inspection is.
(If you want to raise a few points for improvement, I'd be happy if you didn't have a certificate by default when making an online reservation, and it wasn't a famous station high model store. I forgot to change it and made a reservation, so I canceled it in a hurry. One point is that if you cancel, we would appreciate it if you would receive a confirmation email automatically. It will be clear if you have canceled and which reservation number you canceled.)
