入会前に気づけて本当によかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応がなってなく、威圧的でとても感じが悪い。タメ口もきいてくるし何度も聴き間違いされるしで腹が立った。ここまで酷い電話対応を受けたのは生まれて初めてだった。もう少しマシな対応できるスタッフを電話口に置いてほしい。
It's not available on the phone, it's intimidating and it feels very bad. I was angry because my mouth was screaming and I was mistakenly listening to it many times. 電話対応がとてつもなく悪い、佐々木という人には気をつけてください！最初に名前を聞いて佐々木なら電話は切った方がいいです。ほかに電話対応できる人を置いた方が良い。最初から佐々木は電話に出るなり、ほんとめんどくさいと言ってきて、何度もしつこく聞き直してきて人を馬鹿にするような態度が永遠に続きます。あと人の話を聞きません。
他にもクレームを書いている人がいますが、佐々木さん本人が言われているのにそれに気づいてない。
いつなどと他の人の返信に書いていますが自分で気づいていないならもうやめた方が良い
