★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 起動直後よりファンのうるさい音とともに、本体が熱くなってくる。
たまに電源が落ちることも。分解清掃、グリスアップにて、見違えるほどの改善です。ほとんど別物といった方がよいくらいです。午前中に持ち込み、数時間後には作業完了の連絡がありました。迅速で丁寧な対応に感謝です。

中々技術的な事は、調べても解らない事が多いので、力強い駆け込み寺が見つかり、安心です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ＰＣが起動しなくなり途方に暮れてたのですが、対応が非常に親切で作業も迅速かつ適格で助かりました。こちらが考えてる以上のことに気づいてアドバイスしてくれたのが嬉しかったです。やっつけで仕事をしていないことが伝わり、信頼できる業者さんだなと実感しました。今後またPCが壊れたら（そんなに何度も壊れても困るけど）、ここに駆け込めばなんとかなるかも…という安心感が生まれております。ありがとうございました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MacBookのHDD→SSD交換とバッテリー交換で見積もりをお願いしたところ、他店よりも安くて内訳もきちんと書かれていたので、こちらのお店にお任せしました。何日か掛かるとのお話でしたが、店頭に持ち込んだ翌日には作業完了の連絡を頂けました。店頭での対応も丁寧でしたし、MacBookも快適に動作しているので、とても満足しています。また何かあったらぜひ相談したいお店です。
When I asked for a quotation by replacing HDD → SSD and battery of MacBook, it was cheaper than other stores and the breakdown was properly written, so I left it to this store. It was said that it would take several days, but the day after I brought it to the store, I was informed that the work was completed. We were very satisfied with the support at the store, and the MacBook is running comfortably. If there is something else again, this is the shop you would like to consult with.

Excellent customer service: the entire process – diagnosis > repair > delivery – was professional, trustworthy and friendly.
Masuda san and all staff were very patient and helpful with my questions about recovering lost data from damaged hard drive. They provided good advice to save me costs wherever possible and get the best value for money. We could understand each others Japanese and English (using translation app if needed).
