k	kei o on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の対応が本当にひどい。二度と行きません。ひどい点 •展示品を購入しても、クリーニングなどはしてくれない。 •引き継ぎがまともにできない。 •予約しても相当時間待たされます。以下、経緯です。 10万円以上の展示品のノートパソコンを購入。予約して受け取りに行くと、15分以上待たされ、その後もパソコンの設定をしていなかったとかで1時間以上待たされた挙句、自宅に配送されるということで帰宅。当日の夕方、無事に配送されたが、開けてみるとびっくり。裏面の通気パネルに埃がびっしり。展示品はクリーニングしてくださるということだったが、一切何もしていなかったようです。本当に呆れたのでキャンセルを申し出たところ、クレジットカードで支払っていたため、店舗に来いとのこと。さらに、来店日時の相談をしていたところ、担当してくれた店員が出勤していない日は無理とのこと。引き継ぎに自信がないらしい。結局、引き継いでもらってキャンセルをしましたが、時間とお金の無駄でした。さらに、一切の謝罪もありませんでした。 The clerk's response is really terrible. They have a better selection than most places in Akihabara. Also, one employee speaks English. I am forever grateful that he works there. In Tokyo, having an employee who speaks English is incredible.
