★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 親切で、丁寧な対応でした。展示車を見て回り、楽しい時間が過ごせました。CRF250Lを見たかったのですが、人気車ということで、展示車はありませんでした。それだけ残念でした。
 It was kind and polite. I enjoyed spending time looking around the exhibited cars. I wanted to see the CRF250L, but it was a popular car, so there was no display car. It was a shame.

20年乗ってるホンダのモトクロッサーを持ち込み、
腰上のオーバーホールして頂きました。丁寧な仕事と接客、そして熟練メカニックの詳しい説明も聞けました。
良い仕事をありがとうございました。
交換部品にアタリが着きましたらまた伺います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しく出来たバイクのお店で見学に行きました❗いろいろ見た後外に止めてあった大型バイクを見ようとしたら、メンテナンスのかたが飛び出して来て、お客様の預かり物だからそばによるなと言われました、まるで私達が傷でもつけると思ったのでしょうか?そんなに大切なら人目につかない所にしまっておいたら良いと思います。口の聞き方も失礼!ガッカリ?しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日ETCの再セットアップで入庫しようとしました。しかし、当店で購入したETCでないと再セットアップできないと言われました。店員からはすべてのホンダドリームは他店で購入したETCは再セットアップしないとの嘘の説明を受けて非常に不誠実な対応であると感じました。当店の利用は一切控えます。
The other day I tried to stock up with ETC re-setup. However, I was told that I can only set up again with the ETC purchased at our shop. I felt that all Honda Dreams were very dishonest after receiving a false explanation from the clerk that ETC purchased at another store would not be set up again. Please refrain from using our shop at all.
