I came in just to look at suits and was approached politely, and given an explanation that suits can be custom made with the lining and stitching of your choice. He also made recommendations based on my body and face type to match the style I was going for (e.g. gentle or sharp etc) I didn't buy anything that day and wasn't pushed into it either. I'll definitely be back. P.S. I'm not sure about the level of English service here as my interaction was in Japanese.
