★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二つ折りの財布を探すため来店したが店員が全く話を聞いていない。こちらの要望をフル無視で三つ折りを勧めてきて、「これって三つ折りですよね？二つ折りを探してて」と伝えると三つ折りの方が人気なんですけどね！と一言。
またカラーについても女性にこの色はあまり似合わないだの上から目線の接客で買うのを諦めました。
ポールスミスのデザインは好きなのでとても残念でした。
I came to the store to look for a bi-fold wallet, but the clerk didn't listen at all. I completely ignored this request and recommended tri-folding, and when I said, "This is tri-folding, isn't it? Looking for bi-folding", tri-folding is more popular! One word.
Also, regarding the color, I gave up buying it from the customer service from the top because this color does not suit women very much.
I was very disappointed because I like Paul Smith's design.
