生成りロールの箱の底には藁に模した緩衝材が敷かれていた。
ここの主はきっとクリスチャンだ。これは飼い葉桶を模していると思う。クリスマスかエピファニーのケーキみたいだ。
今気づいたが Le Castle から Le Chocolat までケーキ屋さんが密集している。近くにカトリックとプロテスタントの教会がある。この筋は仏教や神社で言う門前町に当たるのではないか？
生成りロールは予想通り美味しかった。

元々、スイーツは苦手なんですが、ここのアップルパイは、甘くなくてパイ生地の旨みが全面に出ているので、私でも美味しく食べれました。
