胡	胡桃沢くるみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 評価修整:味は安定。ただちょっと甘い方向に流れ出した感じはある。チェーン店がそばに出来たからこそ、もっとシリアスな味でいって欲しい。割高ではないけど安くはないギリギリの値付けは上手い。フェルダーシェフの凋落が著しいので、個人的には踏ん張ってほしいところではある…。（以下、過去評価）開店当初は味に迷いがあったが最近は安定して美味しい。シューや焼き菓子の生地をつくるのが上手いので、宮内タルトやエクレア、カヌレ等の比較的お安い、ベーシックな洋菓子の方が店の特色を感じられるかも。洋酒も積極的に使っているので風味もよいケーキがおおい（理想より少し甘みが強いけれど）。なので見た目で子供用のケーキを選ばないように注意。ただ、売れだしてからサイズがかわって平均価格が少し上がってきた気がするような気も…。 Evaluation modification: The taste is stable.
