高	高島翔 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は落ち着いた雰囲気ですが、店内も少し狭いため人が多い時間帯だとぎゅうぎゅうかもしれません。営業時間終了の1時間前ほどに行きましたが、ホールは普通に残っていましたが、カットケーキは種類によっては残り数個であったり売り切れていたので早めに買いに来ることをオススメします。ケーキ自体は生クリームにこだわっているようで、商品と共に生クリームに使う牛乳にどれほどこだわっているのか分かるパンフレットが入っていました。確かに、生クリームの口当たりも良く、甘すぎないので食べていて飽きない優しい甘さでした。また、生地もふわふわで柔らかく、全体的に軽くふわっとしていた印象で、ペロリと食べられてしまいました。 (写真は左が店名と同じ名前の「ジーベン」という名前のケーキ) The inside of the store is calm, but the inside of the store is a bit small, so it may be a lot of time when there are many people.
